1.在煲中加入足夠蓋過餃子的水量,然後煮至大滾。

3.用大火煮餃子約 6 分鐘,有煙韌(筋道)的口感,若要達到軟滑的口感,
可以再煮 1 – 2 分鐘。如果滾水開始溢出,調低火力至中高。
4.當餃子浮起和餃子皮呈半透明時,餃子已煮熟。
5.隔水後,水餃可以直接上碟或放入您喜歡的上湯中。

Boiled Dumpling – Simple Cooking Method
1. Put enough water to cover the dumplings in a pot. Bring it to a rolling boil.
2. Do not defrost the frozen dumplings. Put them in the boiling water over high
heat. Stir gently for about 10 seconds, then cover the pot with a lid.
3. Boil the dumplings for about 6 minutes for al dente texture and a minute or two
longer for softer texture. If the boiling water starts to overflow, reduce the heat
to medium-high.
4. The dumplings will float and the wrappers will turn translucent when cooked.
5. Drain the dumplings and serve them plain or in your favorite broth.
