1.在平底的易潔鑊(不粘鍋)中放入 2 湯匙食用油。
2.不要解凍,將冷凍餃子放入镬中,餃子之間稍留空位。
3.在餃子上倒入大約 2/3 杯水(160 毫升),蓋上镬蓋。
4.開中高火,煮約 6 – 8 分鐘。當镬中的水份完全蒸發後,小心不要煎焦餃子的底
部,煎至金黃色和酥脆即可。
5.輕輕地將煎餃子從镬中取出上碟。

Fried Dumpling – Simple Cooking Method
1. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan.
2. Do not defrost the frozen dumplings. Place them flat side down in the pan, leaving some
space between the dumplings.
3. Pour about 2/3 cup of water (160 ml) over the dumplings, then cover the pan with a lid.
4. Turn on medium-high heat. Cook for about 6 – 8 minutes. When the water has completely
evaporated, keep an eye on the bottoms of the dumplings. Be careful not to burn them.
The dumplings are ready when the bottoms turn golden brown and crispy.
5. Gently remove the fried dumplings from the pan and put them on a plate.
